Animenz’s arrangement of Sparkle is so epic that it’s easy to rush due to the excitement (I have a poor internal clock). I know the Finale ended up way too fast as I had not yet done any metronome speed-check at this point. But I decided to keep this take because taking on those huge jumps in the Finale at this tempo was so satisfying.

As with all of my performances, I have my own interpretation, so the tempo, dynamics, etc may feel quite different from the original recording. Simply put, I play the way I like it.
