Song of the Ancients from the NieR Gestalt & Replicant Piano Collections is one of my favorites from NieR. This arrangement takes it to a whole new level. It’s rubato to the max, and it’s really up to the performer’s imagination on phrasing and everything else. Rach3master released a gorgeous version but he improvised quite a lot of the parts. I’m pretty loyal to the notes on the sheet. So it’ll be a different experience.
