I previously recorded Ashes of Dreams as arranged in the NieR Gestalt & Replicant Piano Collection, which is essentially some form of written-out jazz. This arrangement by Theishter brings out a completely different side of this piece, with a lot more power.
As with all of my performances, I have my own interpretation, so the tempo, dynamics, etc may feel quite different from the original recording. Simply put, I play the way I like it.
